High Purity Gas Filters

Since late 2015 TEM Filter Company has been part of Porvair Filtration Group's product family.  Porvair's acquisition of TEM was an exciting step for the company into high-purity gas filtration and flow products, most often used in the semi-conductor industry.

TEM brings to Porvair a solid line up of low to high flow in-line gas filtration products featuring PTFE, 316L SS and nickel media options in a wide variety of industry standard fittings and lengths.

Porvair's plant in Boise provides industry leading lead times and service to meet the urgent needs of microelectronics' end users, OEMs and process material suppliers.
