Porvair Filtration Group's Graduate Training Programmes have been developed to provide you with excellent career opportunities, with many of our Graduates progressing in to key positions within the Company. Our programmes have been designed to empower you to achieve your maximum potential and to provide the opportunity for you to work towards and achieve membership of an appropriate professional institution.

The general aims of the training period are to provide an active learning environment, which will enable you to achieve competence in the technicalities of your discipline, as well as the wider aspects of activities associated with a business. 

The format of the training consists of a combination of experience gained from the combined components of assignments, direct job related work, and relevant off the job training to develop discipline related, business and behavioural knowledge, plus general business operations experience from working in various departments across the company where appropriate.

Apprenticeships

Porvair Filtration Group offers apprenticeships across all areas of the business. The general aim of the apprenticeship training plan is to provide an active learning environment which will enable you to achieve competence in the chosen area of the business as well as the wider aspects of activities associated with a business concern.
