Porvair Filtration Group is active in the areas concerning the recovery and retention of catalyst fines, whether these are from emission of used catalyst fines or the recovery of valuable materials for recovery and re-use. We provide both large area filter cartridges (20m2 for example) for the recovery.
We are able to supply metallic and polymeric filter media in both cartridge (pleated) and element (cylindrical) forms with a variety of end hardware to suit any housing or vessel configuration. The metallic filters utilise sintered metal powder (Sinterflo® P), sintered metal fibre (Sinterflo® F) with woven wire meshes where necessary. Our ability to enhance or modify the filter media ensures specific performance criteria can be achieved to meet individual requirements. Our UK and USA manufacturing capabilities include the complete element or cartridge build, along with the build of complete tubeplate and vessel assemblies. We boast specialist fabrication skills and techniques at all manufacturing sites around the world as well as extensive cleanroom facilities on two sites.
