With the various disciplines available within Porvair Filtration Group, we offer sub-assemblies and assemblies of high complexity, which has culminated in the design, development and manufacture of complete instruments for specialist industries. From the initial design concept, we work closely with the customer to complete a product specification.

All disciplines can be provided, including electronic, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical, manufacture, assembly and final test. The manufacturing resources provide for production up to 10,000 units per annum down to highly specialised intricate instruments of less than 100 units pa. We have excellent references from our partners GEA Niro, Seal Analytical and Benelux Scientific, along with the British MOD water treatment systems now installed around the world.

Although Porvair are filtration specialists, we are also leaders in Porometry, with the new industry standard Porometer launched in 2009, the Porometer4. The Porometer4 is a Windows^® based, software laboratory instrument designed for analysing a wide range of filtration media quicker, easier and more reliably than previous Porometers in the market place.
