DIA-ChIP
This exciting 3-day workshop will bring together leading scientists and clinical researchers in the fields of histopathology, epigenomics, bioinformatics and drug discovery to discuss developments and gain practical experience in new high throughput molecular screening techniques and disease state signature identification and interpretation.
This interactive workshop will combine practical sessions, seminars and discussion forums, the outcome of which will be the publication of a white paper highlighting developments and future diagnostic approaches in Clinical Epigenetics.
Practical sessions will focus on the use of the chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assay and the methylated CpG-island recovery assay (MIRA) on human biopsy samples for the identification and interpretation of disease signatures. Disease state signatures provide a platform for both diagnosis and drug screening to identify future drug candidates.
We will be promoting our new Chromatrap technology at this event. Chromatrap offers a quicker, easier, more efficient way of undertaking chromatin immunoprecipitation assays. Please visit our Chromatrap website for more information: www.chromatrap.com.
